Frane was the owner of Tijat when it was purchased from him by a collective of 12 households from Šepurine. The collective cost was 4800 Forints, transacted on 9 May 1865. In 1868, a further 106 families contributed to towards the cost of purchas, thereby establishing a collective co-ownership of 118 owners.96
